SARAH SHIPP has taught Pilates for the last seven years. Her experience includes movement, dance, Alexander technique, personal training, and group exercise. With more than 22 years of dance and movement experience, Pilates was a natural progression.

While attending UCLA, Sarah was introduced to Pilates while rehabilitating from back and foot injuries. She is passionate about presenting Pilates to those new to exercise, as well as, the most experienced athlete.

 

 

JOHN

JOHN FLORES has taught Pilates for the past six years. He has experience in the Polestar Pilates method and the Physical therapy atmosphere where he worked as a therapy aide/personal trainer. John taught group classes and private sessions designed for all levels of fitness.

Helping clients reach and maintain a pain free lifestyle is John's goal. Those with disc pain, osteoporosis, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, faucet syndrome, pelvic instability, joint replacement, bursitis, shoulder/neck pain, shoulder impingement, carpel tunnel, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis you can move too!

   

DAWN

DAWN TRUMP is a certified Pilates teacher who completed Balanced Body University Teacher Training with Tom McCook at Center of Balance. As a dance major at UC Irvine she was introduced to Pilates and over time discovered it's incredible restorative abilities.

It is her desire to share with clients how Pilates can restore your bodies strength, flexibility and support.
